Search for open dates on the calendar below and contact the camp manager to make your reservation. Once your date is approved, you must submit a completed rental agreement (which is available for download in pdf form below and on the pricing page) via traditional mail or email. You must also pay a reservation fee. This may be done by mailing a check to the camp, or by using the PayPal button at the bottom of this page and specifying that the payment is for a reservation fee.

 

Standard reservation fee is $200. If you are renting a facility that costs less than $200, then the entire balance is due as the reservation fee. The reservation fee may be applied to the final bill if cleaning is complete and there are no damages. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the event, the reservation fee will not be returned without approval of the camp manager. Reservations for events serving alcoholic beverages must be secured with a valid credit card.
