Rental rates are subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement which can be accessed by clicking the box at the bottom of this page. Rates are listed on a per day fee (24 hours) unless otherwise noted. Campers/renters may choose to rent the entire Camp or the portion that meets their needs. 

All rentals must be secured with a valid credit card on file. 

NEW FEES listed below go into effect July 1, 2022. New Fees do NOT apply to groups who have arranged a booking at the previous rates.

GENERAL RATE DISCIPLES/FCC

Entire Camp

$975 $875

Includes: Overlook Lodge, Old Hearth Lodge, Cabins, Swimming Pool, and all outdoor amenities. RV hookups and Cottage in the Woods are not included and require a fee in addition to the fee to rent the whole camp. These rates are for a 24-hour rental period.

Pricing for camping events only; special event rentals have different fee structure. 

Overlook Lodge

Rental period from noon on the day before the event until midnight of the event date.

Cottage in the Woods

Cabins with special event rental

$20 per person/per night $20 per person/per night

If you are renting the facility for a reception or special event and have guests who would like to stay at the camp the night before the event, cabins may be rented for $20 per person per night. Cabin rental includes use of shower house.

CABINS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IF RENTING ENTIRE CAMP OR WITH SPECIAL EVENT RENTAL. THERE ARE NO STAND-ALONE CABIN RENTALS.

RV HOOKUPS

$50 per hookup per night with camp rental $50

There are five RV hookups available for groups already renting the camp at a price of an extra $50 per RV per night!. RV hookups include water and 50 amp electrical service.

RV HOOKUPS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOU ARE RENTING THE ENTIRE CAMP OR HAVING A SPECIAL EVENT. THERE ARE NO STAND-ALONE RV HOOKUP RENTALS.

Privacy Fee

$150 $150

If your group desires complete privacy at the camp without any camp staff or other groups present, you must pay a $150 privacy fee. Paying the privacy fee does not bar emergency entrance into the camp by camp staff as required.

Golf Car Rental

$50 per day $50

Golf cars are not for recreational riding. They are for use by a designated driver to transport materials and people with limited mobility around the camp. Improper use of golf cars will result in loss of golf car privileges.

Make a Reservation

All bookings and reservations are handled by the camp manager. You may search for open dates on the calendar on the Booking page and contact the camp manager to make your reservation.

After you have booked your event with the camp manager, you must submit a reservation fee and a signed Rental Terms/Conditions of Use Agreement. Reservation fee must be paid by credit card.  Signed Rental Terms/Conditions of Use Agreement forms may be mailed to the camp or submitted in pdf format via email.

Reservation fee and signed Rental Terms/Conditions of Use Agreement including the completed final page, as well as a valid credit card on file if consuming alcoholic beverages are required to secure a reservation.

Reservation fee is 50% of the rental total. The reservation fee may be applied to the final bill if cleaning is complete and there are no damages. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the event, the reservation fee will not be returned without approval of the camp manager. All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.

Each group is expected to leave facilities clean and in good condition. The group should remove all personal items and return the facilities to their original setup. Groups are expected to pay for damages. Unclaimed lost and found items will be disposed of after 30 days. Catered meals can possibly be arranged.
