Rental rates are subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement which can be accessed by clicking the box at the bottom of this page. Rates are listed on a per day fee (24 hours) unless otherwise noted. Campers/renters may choose to rent the entire Camp or the portion that meets their needs.

Rental period from noon on the day before the event until midnight of the event date

Camp liaison is required from 2 hours before event through conclusion of event.

Camp liaison fee of $15 per hour is in addition to rental fee and is due and payable to the liaison at the conclusion of the event.

*Camp liaison fee may be waived for Bedford FCC members with prior approval

Cabins with special event rental

$15 per person/per night $15 per person/per night

If you are renting the facility for a reception or special event and have guests who would like to stay at the camp the night before the event, cabins may be rented for $15 per person per night.

Includes: Bathhouse, (air conditioners or electric space heaters available)

Privacy Fee

$100 $100

If your group desires complete privacy at the camp without any camp staff or other groups present, you must pay a $100 privacy fee. Paying the privacy fee does not bar emergency entrance into the camp by camp staff as required.

Mission Project/Work Day

Groups that are interested in Mission projects or scheduling a Work Day at the Camp should contact the camp manager for possible projects.

After you have booked your event with the camp manager, you must submit a deposit and a signed Rental Terms/Conditions of Use Agreement to the First Christian Church Office. You may send your payment to the church office or pay directly with credit card or Paypal through this website. Signed Rental Terms/Conditions of Use Agreement forms may be mailed to the church office or submitted in pdf format via email.

All payments and deposits are handled through the office of First Christian Church. Deposit and signed Rental Terms/Conditions of Use Agreement are required to secure a reservation.

If the rental is for the entire camp, the deposit amount is $200. If only one of the camp facilities is rented, the deposit amount is $100. The deposit may be applied to the final bill if cleaning is complete and there are no damages. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the event, the deposit will not be returned.

Each group is expected to leave facilities clean and in good condition. The group should remove all personal items and return the facilities to their original setup. Groups are expected to pay for damages. Unclaimed lost and found items will be disposed of after 30 days. Catered meals can possibly be arranged.
